PLATĂ

Întreaga plata a sejurului va fi plătită în lei la sosirea în hostel. Alte valute nu pot fi acceptate. Acceptăm plăți prin numerar, Visa sau MasterCard. Pentru grupuri și rezervari cu plata în avans acceptam ca metoda de plata transferul bancar.

Vă rugăm să rețineți: Datorită cererii extrem de mari pentru Festivalul Untold, plata integrală pentru oricare ședere în această perioadă trebuie făcută prin transfer bancar în termen de o săptămână de la efectuarea rezervării pentru a păstra rezervarea. Toate rezervările pentru această perioadă care nu sunt plătite integral într-o săptămână vor fi anulate. Odată primite, toate plățile pentru perioada Festivalului Untold nu sunt rambursabile.

ANULARE

În cazul anulării sau modificărilor rezervării dumneavoastra, în afara unor evenimente și rezervari pentru grupuri, vă rugăm să ne contactați prin e-mail la transylvaniahostel@yahoo.com. Întreaga sumă pentru prima noapte a rezervării va fi taxată pe cardul furnizat în cazul anulărilor care nu sunt anunțate până la ora 14:00 în ziua anterioară datei de sosire programate.

Rezervările care sunt identificate ca nerambursabile în momentul rezervării sunt nerambursabile și, prin urmare, nu sunt eligibile pentru rambursări.

Anulări datorate Covid-19

Pentru toate rezervările nerambursabile pentru grupuri sau rezervări efectuate pentru perioada Festivalului Untold:

În conformitate cu termenii și condițiile din momentul rezervării, toate plățile nerambursabile vor rămâne nerambursabile. Cu toate acestea, ne dorim să fim cât mai flexibili, deoarece această situație a fost la fel de neașteptată atât pentru călători, cât și pentru gazde. Pentru orice anulări a rezervărilor nerambursabile datorate virusului Covid-19, vom aplica toți banii plătiți ca si credit pentru o ședere viitoare. Acest credit va fi valabil timp de doi ani (până la 30 noiembrie 2022) și poate fi transferat și unui alt călător.

GRUPUL

Toate grupurile de peste 10 persoane trebuie să contacteze direct hostelul la Transylvaniahostel@yahoo.com pentru a face o rezervare. Vă rugăm să rețineți: aceasta nu este un hostel pentru petreceri.Grupurile care nu se pot comporta în mod civilizat vor fi rugate sa paraseasca din hostelul fără rambursare. Vom colecta un depozit de 25 de euro de la fiecare membru al grupului la sosire. Acest lucru va fi returnat la sfârșitul șederii, cu condiția să nu existe pagube asupra hostelului sau deranjarea altor oaspeți datorita comportamentului.

COPII

Toți copiii trebuie să fie însoțiți de un părinte sau un tutore legal. Copiii cu vârsta sub 18 ani nu sunt acceptați în camerele comune și vor fi cazați doar într-o cameră privată. O cameră tip dormitor comun poate fi rezervată de către familii cu copii sau grupuri de copii atunci când toate paturile din cameră au fost rezervate de familie sau grup.

ANIMALE

Nu acceptăm animale de niciun fel în hostel.

REGULILE CASEI

• Fumatul este permis numai în afara hostelului în locurile special amenajate.
• Nu este permisă utilizarea așternuturilor personale sau a sacilor de dormit.
• Vă rugăm să respectați orele liniștite desemnate după ora 23:00.
• Vizitatorii externi (persoane care nu sunt cazate dar sunt cunoștințe a persoanelor cazate în hostel) sunt permise numai în zonele comune până la ora 23:00. Trebuie să fie anunțați receptionerului și să prezinte un act de identificare. Vizitatorii nu pot intra în camere în niciun moment.
• Dacă cineva se afla într-o stare de ebrietate avansată care nu poate sa is mențină controlul asupra corpului sau și trebuie sa curatam în urma lui, costul este de 25 euro.
• Ora pana la care se face decazarea este ora 11:00 dimineața. Cazarea începe la ora 14:00.
• Se aplică o restricție de vârstă pentru persoanele cu vârsta sub 18 ani, cu excepția cazului în care sunt însoțiți de un părinte sau de un tutor legal. Ne rezervăm dreptul de a anula orice rezervare atunci când aceste restricții nu au fost respectate.
• Nu putem trimite sau transmite scrisori de orice fel pentru cererile de documente de viză către ambasade și / sau consulate.
• Ne rezervăm dreptul de a ne selecta clientela.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Romania, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such jurisdiction. To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate HostelCluj.com and/or its affiliates’ intellectual property rights, HostelCluj.com and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in Romania, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Any other disputes will be resolved as follows: If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Cluj-Napoca. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us. If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Cluj-Napoca, under the rules of the Romanian Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so. HostelCluj.com may modify these Terms of Use, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. This is the ENTIRE agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed.
