Old Bastards shop was opened in 2010 on the initiative of talented people, ready to raise the level of tattooing and body-piercing in Cluj-Napoca and beyond. The founding members of the shop are Dorin Constantinescu, Robert Cojanu and Sorin Blidaru, each backed by substantial experience gained within tattoo parlors in Romania and USA. The Old Bastards team was built and defined over time. In early 2011, it was joined by the enthusiastic Mate Horvath, shortly before Sorin’s withdrawal. Subsequently, the shop team was enriched with a feminine presence, in the person of Andi Moruţan. They say about themselves that they form an energetic and lively team, ready to translate the ideas of the customer into a great, exquisite experience. They define themselves by artistry, professionalism and the attention given to each client.

In time he managed to build a team of people passionate on body art .In present BAStattoo includes an art gallery kind café where local artists regularly, country and beyond, organizing exhibitions. Marius: Born in 1980, with experience in tattooing from 1999, Marius practiced a long time (1999-2005) abroad (France, Spain, Canary Islands, Netherlands, Italy) thus creating a multicultural vision in this area . Here I met the Icon and with him Bizzzart Tattoo studio was founded in 2005. In early 2010, I made a few months guest-spot in Holland Icon and all then decided to settle there. Currently working alone to shop. Basically I like all kinds of tattoos, but I have an attraction to new school tattoo, cartoon, decorative, realistic. Being alone at the shop I work mostly by appointment, I like to have a conversation with the person wishing tattoo to explain what I thought was estabilish size depending on the area you want the tattoo, then make a sketch and on mutually agreed to and execute the desired tattoo …. “Attila 
Moving outside the tattoo parlors, you can find young talented people all over Cluj. An example is Madalina Popa, a student at Faculty of Arts in Cluj. Without too much detail, let me show you what she can do. To sum it up, here in Romania ,Cluj is a student city and along the fact that it is an amazing party place at night, the day is full of talented people who try their best to do what they love and what represents them. We are part of generation in search for that balance between passion and usefulness. Tips when getting a tattoo
If you decide to get a tattoo, it’s good to keep the following tips in mind.
- Not all areas of your body are good places to get a tattoo. For example, your feet shed skin cells faster than anywhere else on your body, so a tattoo on your feet is likely to fade and become discolored. Areas with bones near the skin’s surface tend to be more painful, and areas with lots of blood vessels have a higher risk of infection.
- Make sure you go to a reputable artist who uses sanitized equipment and new needles.
- A great artist will take the time to work towards your vision to create the perfect tattoo for you. Make sure you love the design and that it is just what you want before it goes onto your skin. It will be there for the rest of your life.
- Don’t drink alcohol before getting your tattoo, as it will thin your blood and cause you to bleed more during the process.
- Never let a friend choose a tattoo for you. In most cases, the last thing you probably want is to have your buddy’s face permanently imprinted across your body.
